Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ChalkTalk website at chalktalk.uk and the short-form football video content published by ChalkTalk on third-party social platforms including YouTube and TikTok (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. What ChalkTalk is

ChalkTalk produces and publishes short-form video content about professional football. We do not operate a consumer application, accept user-generated content, run user accounts, or provide a login mechanism for end-users. Viewers consume ChalkTalk content through the public profiles we operate on third-party social platforms.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for viewers aged 13 and above. Underlying social platforms may impose their own age and regional restrictions; ChalkTalk does not control those restrictions.

3. Editorial content

Video scripts are drafted with assistance from large language models using statistics and event data licensed from sports data providers. All content is reviewed against our editorial guidelines before publication. Despite reasonable care, ChalkTalk content may contain factual errors or omissions; we make no warranty that content is complete or accurate, and you should not rely on any ChalkTalk video for the purpose of placing wagers or making other financial decisions.

4. Intellectual property

All ChalkTalk-produced video, audio, branding, graphics, and copy are the property of ChalkTalk or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to our videos on social platforms but may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute the underlying assets without our written consent. Statistics, fixture data, and player imagery sourced from third-party providers remain the property of those providers.

5. Third-party platforms

ChalkTalk distributes content through third-party platforms (including but not limited to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X). Your interactions with those platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and ChalkTalk has no control over their policies, availability, or moderation decisions.

6. Acceptable conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, mirror, or systematically copy ChalkTalk content;
  • Use ChalkTalk content in any betting, gambling, or odds-prediction product;
  • Impersonate ChalkTalk or create accounts confusingly similar to our official handles;
  • Use ChalkTalk content in a way that violates the terms of the platform on which it is hosted.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ChalkTalk disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChalkTalk and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
